Ryan Yingling founded RPA Consultants LLC after nearly four years as a Senior Prime Vendor Analyst at Medline Industries, where he managed supply chains totaling over $175M annually for major health systems including the University of Maryland Medical System, Adventist Healthcare East, Children's National of DC, and Virginia Hospital Center.
That experience — seeing supply chain from the distributor side — shaped how Ryan approaches hospital engagements. He understands how vendor systems work, where pricing errors originate, and why EDI issues compound into invoice backlogs. When he's embedded inside your department, he's not learning the industry — he's applying a decade of direct experience to your specific situation.
Since founding RPA Consultants in 2022, Ryan has embedded inside health systems across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic as an interim supply chain specialist — not as an outside advisor, but as a working member of the team. His engagements span contract management, ERP data remediation, P2P process repair, and the custom Smartsheet automation systems that sustain improvements after the engagement ends.
Ryan is currently embedded as Interim Contract Manager at a community hospital in Connecticut, where he manages vendor relationships, Vizient GPO compliance, and a full suite of Smartsheet automation tools built from the ground up.
